Itcenentec guarantees KRW 6.79 billion of C-Platform debt to Hewlett-Packard Korea
HPE•Itcenentec approved a KRW 6.79 billion guarantee for affiliate C-Platform’s debt to Hewlett-Packard Korea, running from Sept. 30, 2026, to Sept. 30, 2027. Total outstanding guarantees, including this commitment, were reported at KRW 29.01 billion.
1. Guarantee details
Itcenentec’s board resolved on Sept. 30, 2026, to guarantee C-Platform’s obligations to Hewlett-Packard Korea. The guarantee equals the underlying debt amount and runs through Sept. 30, 2027; total outstanding guarantees including the commitment were reported at KRW 29.01 billion.
