UK watchdog flags competition concerns over Brink's $6.6 billion NCR Atleos deal
BCO•Britain’s Competition and Markets Authority said Brink’s $6.6 billion acquisition of NCR Atleos could weaken competition in the UK market. The parties have until October 7 to offer undertakings or face an in-depth Phase 2 investigation.

The Competition and Markets Authority gave Brink’s and NCR Atleos until October 7 to offer undertakings addressing its concerns. If they do not, the watchdog will refer the proposed merger to an in-depth Phase 2 investigation.
