Harmonic’s Q4 broadband bookings reached $346.9 million with a 3.5 book-to-bill, backlog rose 73% to $573.8 million and video sale remains on track.

1. Izzi Selects cOS Virtualized Broadband Platform

izzi, Mexico’s largest MSO and Televisa subsidiary, will deploy Harmonic’s cOS™ virtualized broadband platform integrated with Pearl R-OLT modules in Oyster outdoor node enclosures to accelerate fiber rollout. The implementation aims to streamline migration, reduce power consumption, enhance PON port density and lower total cost of ownership via an Open ONT strategy.

2. Q4 Broadband Bookings Surge and Backlog Expands

Harmonic reported Q4 broadband bookings of $346.9 million, driving a book-to-bill ratio of 3.5 and lifting backlog and deferred revenue by 73% year-over-year to $573.8 million. Broadband net revenue reached $98.2 million for the quarter while cash reserves stood at $124.1 million.

3. Video Business Sale and 2026 Outlook

The sale of the Video business to MediaKind for $145 million remains on track for closing in the first half of 2026, expected to enhance capital allocation priorities. For Q1 2026, Harmonic guided broadband revenue of $100–$105 million and full-year 2026 revenue of $440–$480 million with gross margins around 51%.
