Jack In The Box Enters First Amendment To Nomination And Cooperation Agreement With Greenwood

Sept. 22 (Reuters) - Jack in the Box Inc. (JACK.O) said it has entered a first amendment to its nomination and cooperation agreement with Greenwood.

• Jack in the Box said the amendment extends the cooperation agreement term through the 2028 annual meeting nomination window, according to an SEC filing.
• The company also said the board size is capped at nine directors during the covered period without Greenwood consent, according to the filing.
