It also provides the accounting engine for roughly half of those restaurants, offering AP automation and multi-entity financial reporting to boost franchisee profitability.

The pilot validated the platform’s capacity to unify financial and operational data, leading to the decision to mandate it systemwide.

Restaurant365 has been deployed as the centralized back-office inventory platform across all 2,128 Jack in the Box locations, encompassing both corporate and franchisee restaurants. This standardization simplifies the technology environment by replacing disparate systems with a unified solution.

The platform delivers real-time visibility into sales, food costs and labor metrics while automating manual processes. It also offers AP automation and multi-entity financial reporting for about half of the restaurants, aiming to enhance profitability and execution for both corporate and franchise partners.
