Jaguar Health signs new crofelemer manufacturing, supply deal with Alivus through March 2029

Jaguar Health unit Napo signed a new manufacturing and supply agreement with Alivus Life Sciences to produce crofelemer for Mytesi and other products.

• The contract runs through March 31, 2029, with optional renewals of at least two years by mutual agreement.
• Napo committed to minimum crofelemer purchase volumes, pro-rated for the partial financial year; it may owe a shortfall payment.
• Either party can terminate with 12 months’ notice.
• Napo can exit sooner for regulatory withdrawal or chronic supply failures.
• Rights and obligations shift to Woodward Specialty if an insolvency event occurs under a separate January 2026 license arrangement.
