Shareholders backed three separate director resolutions, returning Bruce C. Cozadd, Heather Ann McSharry, and Rick E Winningham to the board.
KPMG, Dublin was ratified as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026; the audit committee was authorized to set remuneration.
Investors granted the board authority to allot and issue ordinary shares, including authority to issue shares for cash without statutory pre-emption rights.
No vote was held on the adjournment resolution tied to soliciting additional proxies for the share-issuance authorities.
