JBDI Holdings announces extraordinary general meeting webcast
JBDI•JBDI Holdings will hold an extraordinary general meeting by webcast on Oct. 22, 2026. Shareholders will vote on increasing authorized share capital to US$5 million from US$500,000, adopting a dual-class structure and issuing 7 million Class B shares to EUG Investment for US$7,000.
1. Meeting proposals
The company said existing ordinary shares would be redesignated as Class A shares, with one vote each, while Class B shares would carry 100 votes each. The proposed authorized capital would comprise 4.5 billion Class A shares and 500 million Class B shares.
