Jet.AI JV Secures Gas for Six Turbines, Advances Hydro/Wind Power in Canadian Data Centers

JTAIJTAI

Jet.AI’s venture Convergence Compute completed third milestones on Canadian hyperscale data center campuses, submitting a Transmission Power Load Study and securing natural gas for six turbines at the Midwestern site. At Maritime, it executed an LOI for hydro and wind power sourcing and transferred all lease rights to Convergence Compute.

1. Midwestern Campus Milestone Completion

Convergence Compute submitted a Transmission Power Load Study Application and confirmed natural gas supply sufficient for up to six turbines at the Midwestern hyperscale data center campus, marking completion of the third project milestone and securing critical energy infrastructure.

2. Maritime Campus Milestone Completion

At the Maritime campus, Convergence Compute executed a letter of intent to source power from hydro and a partner’s proposed wind farm and assumed all lease rights from Consensus Core, fulfilling the third milestone and consolidating project control.

3. Development Implications and Next Steps

These achievements de-risk energy procurement and land holdings for both Canadian campuses, positioning the joint venture to advance to detailed engineering and construction phases and move closer to operational launch.
