JetBlue Announces Board Changes
JBLU•Board changes effective immediately
JetBlue Airways Corporation said Jesse Lynn and Steven Miller will depart the JetBlue board.
The departures are effective immediately per the Icahn Enterprises agreement.
After the departures, the board will comprise 11 members, 10 independent.
