JLL•JLL arranged Star Mesa Capital’s acquisition of the 61-room Ocean Point Inn in East Boothbay, Maine, from East Boothbay Bluebird Holdings.
1. Property sale
The oceanfront property spans 42,890 square feet across 17 buildings on approximately 12.5 acres. Renovated in 2023, the hotel will retain Lark as operator.
