2. Amazon lease and campus
Completed in 2022 on approximately 81.8 acres, the inbound cross-dock facility is 100% leased to Amazon. It is part of Northern Virginia Gateway, a 1.7 million-square-foot logistics and business campus along the Washington-Richmond corridor.
