JLL arranges sale of Preston Greens Senior Living community in Lexington, Kentucky

JLL arranged the sale of Preston Greens Senior Living, a 124-unit assisted living and memory care community in Lexington, Kentucky.

The buyer was a partnership between a REIT and Cedarhurst Senior Living; JLL represented the seller and sourced the buyer.

Preston Greens opened in 2021; it has 140 beds across 124,010 square feet on a five-acre campus.

The property was 95% occupied at the time of the transaction.
