JLL Income Property Trust has acquired Westbury Square, a community retail center in South Huntsville, Alabama, for approximately $32 million. The 115,000-square-foot property is fully leased to a diverse mix of tenants, including two national value-driven retailers, and carries a weighted average lease term of six years. Situated on a major thoroughfare near hospitals, parks and schools, Westbury Square benefits from strong local traffic patterns and limited vacancy in the submarket. This transaction increases the Trust’s retail exposure to 12% of its roughly $7 billion portfolio, representing $765 million in assets across 15 retail properties as of November 30, 2025. JLL Income Property Trust’s President and CEO, Allan Swaringen, highlighted the center’s favorable demographics, creditworthy tenant lineup and stable operating fundamentals as key drivers of the investment decision.
