- TECVAYLI + TALVEY cut risk of disease progression or death by 89% (HR 0.11), risk of death by 62% (HR 0.38).
- TALVEY + pomalidomide reduced risk of progression or death by 73% (HR 0.27) versus standard of care.
- The IDMC recommended unblinding at the first interim analysis; results are to be presented at a future medical meeting.
