1. Early trial findings
Johnson & Johnson presented Phase 1 results for pasritamig plus JNJ-9401 at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer’s 2026 annual meeting. At the recommended regimen, findings in 15 patients showed sustained reductions in a prostate cancer marker, and no serious treatment-related side effects were reported. The combination is being evaluated in the Phase 3 KLK2-comPAS trial for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer; larger studies are needed to establish clinical benefit and safety.
