Johnson & Johnson’s Rybrevant Faspro combination shows 77% response rate in head and neck cancer trial

Johnson & Johnson reported sustained tumor responses with Rybrevant Faspro combined with pembrolizumab and carboplatin in first-line advanced head and neck cancer. The response rate was 77%, according to the headline.
2. Patient groups and safety
Responses were strongest in patients without HPV-associated oropharyngeal cancer. Safety was consistent with that of the individual drugs.
3. Further development
The Phase 1b/2 OrigAMI-4 results were presented at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress 2026 and support the ongoing Phase 3 OrigAMI-5 study. A separate application for Rybrevant Faspro in later-line head and neck cancer is under FDA priority review.
