JPMorgan Chase crossed above 10% of Ubisoft’s share capital on Sept. 17, holding 13,703,569 shares.
The stake represented 10.06% of capital and 9.26% of voting rights as of the disclosure received Sept. 21.
The move reflected market purchases, increased holdings by assimilation tied to options and swaps, and JPMorgan said it has no takeover intent.
