JPMorgan Chase lifted its stake in Exail Technologies to 6.77% of share capital and 5% of voting rights, after crossing above the 5% voting-rights threshold on Sept. 16.
The stake totals 1,153,398 shares. The move followed market purchases of shares.
J.P. Morgan Securities plc also holds 38 cash-settled equity swap contracts referencing 239,731 shares.
