JPMorgan cut its Ubisoft stake below 10% in mid-September, trimming holdings through share sales.
As of Sept. 16, JPMorgan held 13,178,307 shares, equal to 9.67% of share capital.
The position carried 8.9% of voting rights, down from 9.34% on Sept. 15.
