Judge Grants Injunction Blocking Staff Poaching; Palantir Deploys Foundry, AIP in UK Data Centers

A Manhattan federal judge granted Palantir a preliminary injunction blocking Percepta AI founders and engineer Joanna Cohen from soliciting its employees or using confidential information pending litigation. Palantir partnered with Rackspace to deploy Foundry and AIP in cloud and UK sovereign data centers, aiming to train 250 certified engineers.

1. Court Blocks Percepta Solicitation

A federal judge in Manhattan issued a preliminary injunction preventing Percepta AI founders Hirsh Jain, Radha Jain and former engineer Joanna Cohen from soliciting Palantir employees or using its confidential information. The ruling, effective pending the lawsuit’s outcome, bars breach of non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements but stops short of enforcing non-compete and customer non-solicitation clauses.

2. Rackspace Partnership for AI Deployment

Palantir entered a global partnership with Rackspace Technology to host its Foundry and AIP platforms in Rackspace’s cloud and UK sovereign data centers. Rackspace will manage data migration and implementation services, and Palantir aims to certify 250 engineers within a year to accelerate enterprise AI rollouts from months to weeks.
