JUNS•Jupiter Neurosciences dosed the first patient in its Phase 2a RESET trial of JOTROL for Parkinson’s disease. The company also launched a strategic review and hired Tungsten Advisors to pursue partnering or a broader transaction to monetize its programs.
1. Trial begins
The Phase 2a RESET trial aims to assess whether JOTROL is tolerated in patients and shows signs of biological activity relevant to Parkinson’s disease. The study is expected to generate safety, drug-exposure and biomarker readouts later; results have not been presented.
2. Strategic review
Jupiter Neurosciences hired Tungsten Advisors to pursue partnering or a broader transaction to monetize its programs.
