Kairos Pharma posts interim Phase 2 data showing ENV-105 plus apalutamide extends median PFS to 17.7 months
KAPA•Kairos Pharma reported interim Phase 2 data showing its ENV-105 combination extended time before disease progression versus standard therapy alone, with median progression-free survival of 17.7 months.
1. Interim trial findings
Kairos Pharma reported interim Phase 2 data showing ENV-105 plus apalutamide extended time before disease progression compared with standard therapy alone in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The findings were presented as interim results and support testing treatment earlier, the company said.
2. Trial plans
The trial protocol was amended to broaden eligibility, testing enzalutamide with or without ENV-105 in patients with rising PSA after upfront therapy. Kairos Pharma targets completing the Phase 2 study in or before the fourth quarter of 2027.
