NextPlat completes acquisition of independent pharmacy near Pensacola, Florida
NXPL•NextPlat completed the acquisition of an independent pharmacy in a rural community near Pensacola for $1,485,439 in cash, including inventory. The pharmacy generated about $5.6 million in sales for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.

NextPlat said the acquired pharmacy was profitable, had positive working capital and carried no debt. The integration aims to expand its Florida coverage, with plans to add higher-margin contracted services across the panhandle region.
