Kalo Gold confirms gold-silver electrum in Wainikoro drill core at Fiji Vatu Aurum project
GLD•Kalo Gold reported finding a roughly 20-micrometre electrum grain in 2026 drill core from Wainikoro, grading about 68.6% gold and 31.4% silver. No new assay results were reported; the release reiterated a previously disclosed interval of 1.61 g/t gold over 1.50 metres.

SEM-EDS work identified one electrum grain in hole VA26-DH19, on the margin of arsenian pyrite within brecciated volcanic rocks. Kalo Gold said the results are intended to refine trenching and drill targeting, with coincident gold and arsenic responses near interpreted structures used as priority vectors.
