Subscription revenue increased 8% to $45.6 million; ARR climbed 8% to $184.6 million.
Non-GAAP gross margin widened 5 percentage points to 75%; adjusted EBITDA increased to $5.9 million from $4.1 million a year earlier.
Business updates and outlook
The company said it signed a record 14 new deals including AI offerings; nine included Agentic Avatars, with eight tied to new logos.
Kaltura forecast Q3 revenue of $45.8 million-$46.5 million and sees full-year revenue of $183 million-$185 million.
