Net income rose 452.2% to $9.4 million, with diluted EPS of $0.10, while operating income swung to $5.5 million from a loss a year earlier. Off-road vehicles and parts revenue increased 59.4% to $54.2 million. Cash, restricted cash and certificates of deposit totaled $285.7 million at June 30.
