Kandi Technologies starts production at Lin’an battery swap equipment plant in China
KNDI•QIJI Energy station rollout target
QIJI Energy aims to complete about 900 heavy-truck battery swap stations by the end of 2026 under CATL’s "10,000 Stations Plan."
Supports cooperation with CATL’s QIJI Energy
The expansion supports a three-year cooperation with CATL’s QIJI Energy for mass production, after-sales and maintenance of heavy-truck battery swap stations.
Kandi’s swap system targets full battery replacement in as little as 90 seconds, backed by multiple patents.
Production begins at Lin’an battery-swap equipment base
Kandi Technologies began production at its Lin’an, China, battery-swap equipment manufacturing base, expanding capacity for heavy-duty truck swap stations.
The facility targets annual output of up to 200 battery swap stations at full capacity.
