Karman Holdings invests $2.7 million to expand Horsham, Pennsylvania facility
KRMN•KRMN•KRMN•KRMN•Karman Holdings will invest $2.7 million to expand its Horsham, Pennsylvania facility to boost maritime defense production capacity.
The site upgrade targets faster development, testing and qualification of advanced materials, with higher output for U.S. Navy demand.
The expansion follows the Seemann Composites and Materials Sciences acquisition, strengthening coatings and survivability treatments for LCAC100 propulsion components.
The plan includes about 20 new high-tech jobs, with 40 existing positions retained.
