Karman Holdings refinances $764 million term loans, cuts rate to SOFR+2.25%

Karman Holdings entered a Fifth Amendment to its April 1, 2025 credit agreement on Aug. 3, 2026.
- The company refinanced $763.96 million of term loans, cutting the interest rate by 50 basis points to SOFR + 2.25%.
- It also reduced revolving credit facility pricing by 50 basis points across the leverage-based grid, with the top level now set at SOFR + 2.00%.
