KBR appoints Rami Qasem to board of directors

KBR appointed Rami Qasem to its board effective Oct. 1, 2026, linking the governance change to its planned January 2027 separation of Mission Technology Solutions.

Qasem previously served as CEO of APEX Industrial Services from 2025 to February 2026 and led Baker Hughes’ Digital Solutions business from 2017 to 2023. KBR linked the appointment to its planned January 2027 separation of Mission Technology Solutions.
