Keeler Motor Car Company and Open Road Capital acquired BMW of Tenafly from Penske Automotive Group; the deal closed in Q2 2026.
BMW of Tenafly will keep its name and continue operating at 301 County Road in Tenafly, New Jersey.
The transaction gives Keeler its first presence in New Jersey, expanding its portfolio to 10 dealerships across New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
Financial terms were not disclosed; most of the Tenafly staff is expected to remain in place.
