Leege has almost 30 years in staffing and talent solutions, most recently serving as president and COO of Red Oak Technologies, where he delivered double-digit organic growth. Earlier, he held senior strategy and growth roles at Randstad Digital and leadership positions at Prosum, Fahrenheit IT, and Kforce.

Leege will focus on leveraging Kelly’s scale in specialty staffing and solutions to capture opportunities created by AI and accelerating innovation.
