Kemper names Chris Flint chief distribution and marketing officer
KMPR•Kemper created an enterprise Distribution & Marketing organization and named Chris Flint chief distribution and marketing officer, reporting to CEO Steve McAnena. Todd Williams was named chief claims officer, and Jennifer Kopps-Wagner was named head of Kemper Life.
1. Leadership appointments
Flint, who had served as president of Kemper Life since 2023, will lead the new enterprise Distribution & Marketing organization and report to CEO Steve McAnena. Todd Williams joined as chief claims officer to lead property and casualty claims, reporting to P&C head Eric Kappler; he brings more than 25 years of auto claims experience, including building and leading Bristol West’s claims organization. Jennifer Kopps-Wagner was named head of Kemper Life, succeeding Flint, after more than eight years as the unit’s general counsel.
