Kennametal adds Dawne Hickton, Richard Harshman to board

Kennametal elected Dawne S. Hickton and Richard J. Harshman to its board, effective immediately.
- Hickton is chair, CEO and lead investor of Cumberland Additive, which serves aerospace, defense and space customers.
- She previously served as executive vice president of Jacobs, leading its Critical Mission Solutions business.
- Harshman is former chairman, president and CEO of ATI, and is now a director at two other public companies.
