Kentucky Power, TeraWulf expand Muskie Data power deal, target $100 million in customer bill credits
WULF•Kentucky Power amended its contract with TeraWulf to double contracted demand at the Muskie Data campus to 1 GW, targeting $100 million in winter bill credits for residential customers over 10 years starting in 2029.

Kentucky Power finalized an amended contract to double TeraWulf’s contracted demand at the Muskie Data campus to 1 GW. The deal targets $100 million in winter bill credits for Kentucky Power residential customers over 10 years, starting in 2029.
2. Phase and plant costs
The second 500-MW phase is scheduled to begin delivery in 2029, moved up from 2030, subject to Kentucky regulator sign-off. TeraWulf will cover estimated financing costs tied to Kentucky Power’s planned 760-MW combined-cycle plant at Big Sandy.
