Keros Therapeutics CFO Keith Regnante resigned, effective Aug. 3, 2026, to pursue other opportunities.
Corporate Controller Annita Tanini was named interim principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective Aug. 4, 2026.
Tanini's background and search for successor
Tanini has held finance leadership roles at Keros since May 2019, most recently as corporate controller and vice president, finance.
Her prior roles include vice president of finance at Avedro and senior vice president of finance at Fiksu.
A search is underway for a new CFO.
