Key Tronic FY26 net loss widens to $47.79 million; net sales drop 17.4% to $386.67 million
KTCC•Key Tronic reported a fiscal 2026 net loss of $47.79 million, compared with $8.32 million in fiscal 2025, as net sales fell 17.4% to $386.67 million.
1. Fiscal 2026 results
Key Tronic’s operating results swung to a $14.72 million loss, while net interest expense narrowed to $10.07 million. The company recorded $23 million in income tax expense, including a $28.4 million non-cash valuation allowance against deferred tax assets. About $80 million of the sales decline was tied to lower demand from existing customers.
2. New awards and capacity
Management cited more than $60 million in new program awards in fiscal Q4 and said the company completed a capacity expansion in Vietnam.
