KeyCorp issued notice to redeem all 525,000 depositary shares of its Series D Fixed-to-Floating Rate Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock.
The redemption is set for Sept. 15, 2026, covering an aggregate liquidation preference of USD 525 million.
Holders will receive USD 1,012.5 per depositary share, reflecting the USD 1,000 liquidation preference plus accrued dividends through the redemption date.
