The N1095DJCA application delivers high-sensitivity TDECQ and TDECQ-CER measurements on the DCA-M platform to streamline optical transmitter validation. The N1091DJPA electrical test software uses half-rate clocking on DCA-X oscilloscopes for rapid debug in early silicon and ASIC validation, while the N1096 multimode DCA-M oscilloscope handles PAM4 measurements up to 224 Gbps.
