Kidoz will hold its annual general meeting in Vancouver on Nov. 24, 2026. Shareholders will vote on board size and elections, auditor appointment and stock option plan ratification, and receive the audited 2025 financial statements.

Kidoz will hold its annual general meeting in Vancouver, British Columbia, on Nov. 24, 2026. Shareholders will receive the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, with the auditor’s report. Votes will cover setting the board at six directors, electing six directors, appointing an auditor and ratifying the stock option plan.
