KIE•Kier lands Holden House redevelopment contract
Kier won a GBP 98.95 million contract from Derwent London to redevelop Holden House at Oxford Street and Rathbone Place, London.
The project will convert the existing building into about 135,000 sq ft of mixed-use space, including 115,000 sq ft of Grade A offices.
Work timetable and prior Derwent London project
Works have started; superstructure construction is slated for spring 2027; completion is targeted for 2028.
The appointment follows Kier’s earlier delivery of Derwent London’s Network W1 scheme in the West End.
