- Midstream Logistics adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) increased 35% to USD 204.8 million; Pipeline Transportation adjusted EBITDA slipped 14% to USD 83 million.
- Processed gas volumes totaled 1.74 Bcf/d, flat year-over-year, despite an estimated 250 MMcf/d of Waha price-related shut-ins.
