Kite Realty Group has appointed Sean Daly as SVP of Asset & Property Management, Jack Rahner as SVP, Chief Technology & Innovation Officer, and Adam Jaworski as SVP, Chief Accounting Officer. These hires aim to bolster asset-level NOI growth, integrate AI-driven productivity and modernize accounting infrastructure to support multi-year growth.
1. Senior Leadership Appointments
Kite Realty Group has appointed three senior vice presidents: Sean Daly as SVP of Asset & Property Management, Jack Rahner as SVP, Chief Technology & Innovation Officer, and Adam Jaworski as SVP, Chief Accounting Officer, each with over 20 years of industry experience.
2. Asset Management Leadership
Sean Daly, formerly Executive Vice President of Asset Management at American Realty Advisors, will evolve KRG’s asset management from an operational discipline into a proactive driver of net operating income growth by leveraging his portfolio expertise across 169 open-air shopping centers and mixed-use destinations.
3. Technology and Accounting Modernization
Jack Rahner, ex-SVP of Technology at Welltower, will integrate AI, data and emerging technologies to boost productivity across all business units, while Adam Jaworski, former Chief Accounting Officer at GGP, will modernize accounting infrastructure, implement best-in-class systems and enforce institutional discipline to underpin KRG’s next growth phase.
