KKR•KKR buys half of TotalEnergies’ European renewables portfolio
KKR agreed to buy a 50% stake in TotalEnergies’ 1.2 GW developed European onshore solar and wind portfolio.
Portfolio enterprise value is set at EUR 1.8 billion.
The assets span Germany, Spain, France and Poland; power is already sold to third parties or marketed by TotalEnergies.
TotalEnergies will retain a 50% stake and continue operating the assets. Closing is expected in 2026, subject to customary conditions.
