Klaviyo agreed to acquire the team and technology of Agency, an AI-native customer success company led by co-founder and CEO Elias Torres.
Torres is set to become chief product officer at closing, leading Klaviyo’s agent product line including Composer and Customer Agent.
Klaviyo will acquire Agency’s proprietary software and related intellectual property; other Agency team members are expected to join post-close.
The deal is expected to close in Q3 2026, strengthening Klaviyo’s AI capabilities across its B2C CRM platform.
