KLX Energy Services names Franklin Edmonds, E. Dirk Hallen independent directors
KLXE•KLX Energy Services appointed Franklin S. Edmonds, Jr. and E. Dirk Hallen as independent directors, effective Oct. 29, 2026. They succeed John Collins and Tom McCaffrey, who resigned from the board.

Edmonds and Hallen both join the Nominating and Governance Committee. Edmonds also joins the Audit Committee, while Hallen joins the Compensation Committee.
