Petrobras sells R$ 7.53 million in natural gas to related party Voqen

Petrobras disclosed a R$ 7.53 million natural gas sale to Voqen Energia, bringing gas supply agreements with the company across 2025 and 2026 to R$ 51.25 million.

1. Gas supply transaction

The October 21 transaction covered natural gas supplied from October 21 to October 25 under an agreement signed July 21, 2025. Voqen is controlled by Braskem, which Petrobras classifies as a joint venture.
