Kodiak Sciences to present Phase 3 DAYBREAK wet AMD data for Zenkuda at AAO 2026
KOD•Kodiak Sciences will present detailed one-year Phase 3 DAYBREAK efficacy and safety data for Zenkuda on Oct. 9, 2026. The company also plans presentations on Phase 3 GLOW2 results and Phase 1b APEX data.
1. AAO presentations
Kodiak Sciences said its AAO 2026 presentations will include the first scientific disclosure of Phase 3 DAYBREAK, whose topline results were released Sept. 28, 2026. Detailed one-year data will be presented Oct. 9; Zenkuda and tabirafusp-ted achieved vision outcomes comparable to aflibercept at year one.
2. Other programs
The meeting will also feature Phase 3 GLOW2 results for Zenkuda in diabetic retinopathy and Phase 1b APEX data for KSI-101 in inflammation-related macular edema.
