Kohl's appointed Stacy Taffet as an independent director, bringing its board to nine members, eight of whom are independent. Taffet, Hershey's chief growth and marketing officer, has more than 20 years of consumer goods leadership experience, including 15 years at PepsiCo.
2. Committee and term
Taffet will initially serve on the board's Audit Committee. Her term expires at the 2027 annual shareholders' meeting, when she is expected to stand for election.
